Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I think i was slightly better then last time because it was easier for me to the exercises fast throughout the entire workout and i think i also did a lot better un push ups compared to last time. What can I do to be better next time? Next time i can maybe try to improve my super-womans by holing them a bit longer because i don't always hold it long enough Am I happy with my performance? I am pretty happy with my performance because i got a lot of rounds |
