Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I think i wasn't better then last time because i think i didn't push myself far enough to get a more rounds. What can I do to be better next time? Next time i can try to push myself harder and also try to improve my squats agains because i still think i didn't do them properly. Am I happy with my performance? i am not very happy because i didn't get a very good score. |
