Athlete's Notes: | 7-5 Did I do better than last time? I think I did do better than last time because I was able to continue to work and not rest as much. What can I do better next time? I can try to keep a pace so that I don't get really tired. Am I happy with my performance? I am happy because I was able to keep going and I wasn't as tired. |
