Athlete's Notes: | 7-5 Was I better than last time? I wasn't better than last time because we did the workout as a class and used the same time. What can I do to be better next time? To do better next time, I can try to distract myself with the song playing so that I don't feel tired and the exercise is over before I know it. Am I happy with my performance? I am happy with my performance because I didn't rest as much as I thought I would and I am not very tired even after the workout. |
