Athlete's Notes: 1. I was much better than last time because I was able to beat my previous score of 24 rounds by 5 full rounds.
2. I can do better next time by not stopping at all during the exercise. I can also do better on my superman technique and push-ups by going higher and lower respectively.
3. I am very happy with my performance because I was able to beat my previous score by a respectable amount. Also, I am quite happy because I felt slightly tired at the end of the exercise, while last time I was exhausted. I am also happy because I feel that my technique improved tremendously in the last rounds of the exercise from last time.
