Athlete's Notes: | 1. I was worse than last time because I wasn't able to beat my previous record, namely 35, with my score this time, which was only 24 rounds. Therefore, I missed my record by 11 rounds. 2. Next time I feel that I can do better by improving technique on some of the exercises, such as the push-ups and superman. Also, I can stop resting as many times and continue the exercise until I can't do it anymore. 3. I am not happy with my performance because I wasn't able to beat my record. Also, I felt that my technique lacked for the exercise and has decreased. Next time, I want to improve my stamina and beat my previous and highest record, at 35 rounds. |
