Athlete's Notes: | 7-4 I was not happy with my results because I was not tired at the end, and did not sprint the last 100m, which should be easy to do. I did better than last time because I got a better time, ignoring the fact I didn't try as hard Next time, I can sprint the last 100m, and hold the crunches for longer (2 secs instead of 0.5 secs) |
