Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because I didn't feel as tired during the exercise and I believe that I was able to do more reps within each exercise for the 20 sec.
2. I can do better next time by holding the plank and performing more push-ups.
3. I am happy with my performance because I didn't feel as tired after the exercise. Also, I am happy because I feel that I am getting better with the exercises and can perform them with better technique.
