Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because this time I was able to get 9 rounds and 3 reps while last time I only achieved 7 rounds and 2 reps.
2. Next time I can do better by performing the push-up without having to jump, although that would be very hard. Also, I won't rest on the burpees.
3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to beat my previous score and I performed better technique on the pull-up this time around.
