Athlete's Notes: 1. I was not better than last time because I was only able to perform 7 rounds and 2 reps instead of 10 full rounds. This was not better because I was worse by 2 rounds and 9 reps, which is a disappointment for me because I really wanted to have improved in several exercises in the second round.
2. I believe that I can do better next time by not resting because it consumed some of the time that I had to complete the rounds. By doing so, I will be able to have more time to focus on doing the exercise so I should persevere and not stop until my time is finished.
3. I am not happy with my performance because I wanted myself to do better than last time. It is because of this that I really wanted to beat my previous score and therefore I was disappointed because I wasn't able to. During the next exercise, I hope that I an again beat my previous score or time so that I can continue to show evidence that my fitness is improving.
