Athlete's Notes: | At my house. Had to sub SDHP for Row. Didn't have a bar so I used a 45 lb SWAT vest for those. Worked out but in retrospect, should have just done Tabata Something Else. WIll know for next time. Low reps for each exercise were 8, 13, 6, 4, and 11. Pullups were on a pullup/dip combo station where the pull-up grips are a set distance apart. No way to kip, so all were strict. Jumping after the first round, alternating grip each round. 23 pushups first round, then went down steeply from there. Tough workout, especially on the arms. |
