Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because I was able to beat my previous score by 2 minutes and 40 seconds with my current best time of 5 minutes 11 seconds.
2. I can do better next time by performing better technique forward roll by curling in my head more. Also, I would like to complete the entire exercise without stopping.
3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to beat my previous time and I didn't feel as tired at the end of the exercise, something that I am very happy about.
