Athlete's Notes: Teckhua Chiang 7-3
1. I was much better than last time because in the previous rotation that I performed this exercise, I only achieved a time of 9 and a 1/2 minutes, which was 1 minute and 39 seconds worse than what I did this time. This means that I was much better than last time because I was able to beat my time by a respectable amount, which is a massive improvement for me, and I hope that I continue to improve in future exercises.
2. I believe that I can do better next time by further improving my technique when performing my forward roll because my form disintegrated a little when I was rolling since my arms and hands would shift slightly and therefore I would land on my head, which is incorrect. I believe that I can also improve on my run by not stopping and persisting instead of resting my walking some distance.
3. I am very happy with my performance today because I was able to improve my time greatly as I stated above, which is a great thing for me because I used to be unable to complete this exercise quickly, unlike during this class where I was able to easily beat my score. Further on I hope to continue my streak of improvement to increase my physical health and ability to exercise more.
