Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because I felt that I did much better on the plank, side planks and the superman than before.
2. I think that I can do better next time by holding my planks even longer and go down lower on the squats. Also, I feel that I can go higher on the superman to also improve upon my core strength.
3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to improve upon my core strength and complete almost all of the exercise with not as much difficultly. Finally, I am happy because I wasn't as tired at the end of the exercise.
