Athlete's Notes: 1. I believe that I was better than last time because this time, I didn't totally collapse in the second and third round but instead was able to fully complete several exercises without stopping, which was much better than last time. Last time, I found it very difficult to keep upright and maintain my balance for the side planks and sometimes, for the super(wo)mans.
2. Next time I feel that I can do better by improving my core strength so that I can successfully complete all of the exercises, at least in one round, without stopping or resting. Also, I feel that I could improve my balance and strength so that I can keep my body upright and not fall over, along with not slouch and fall apart.
3. I am happy with my performance because I feel that I have improved my core strength from last time since I didn't collapse in some of the exercises, such as side planks, for some rounds. This a major leap forward for me because last time, I couldn't maintain my balance so that I fell down when trying to perform this exercise. I was very happy overall because I believe that I am slowly improving over time and that eventually, I will become much fitter.
