Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because my previous time was 9 minutes 56 seconds, while this time was an improvement of 1 minutes 42 seconds, as my current time is 8 minutes 14 seconds.
2. I think that I could improve next time by running continuously for a 2 full laps at a good pace to improve my stamina. Also, I feel that I could improve on the push-ups by going as low as possible, and my crunches by holding them longer.
3. I am quite happy with my performance because I was able to beat my previous score by a respectable amount. I am also happy that I persevered in the run and ran for one full lap at the beginning. Finally, I am happy because I was able to complete all of the exercises in between without resting as much as last time.
