Athlete's Notes: 1. I was much better than last time because this time, I had a time of 19 minutes 57 seconds while last time I had a terrible score of 27 minutes and 30 seconds, marking an enormous improvement in my fitness level.
2. Next time I believe that I can do better by jogging more consistently at a constant pace instead of short sprints of running and long rest periods so that I can further improve my stamina. Also, I feel that I could improve my technique for the push-ups, squats and sit-ups by not stopping and persisting on with perfect technique. By doing this, I can improve my fitness level even more, including my stamina and endurance.
3. I am very happy with my performance because I improved by 7 minutes and 33 seconds, which is a major improvement personally for me because I was able to cut off such a lengthy amount of time off my record. Also, I wasn't that tired when I finished the workout in the end, which is really surprising for me because at the end of the workout last time I was panting furiously, and considering that I did the exact same thing with about the same amount of rests as last time, possibly even more, this is quite impressive for me. Overall, I feel that this is a major improvement for me and I hope to continue to cut off my score in future workouts.
