Athlete's Notes: | I was better than last time by 3 rounds and this was probably because I paced myself better. I am proud of my performance because I definitely tried my best and when Mr.Forde showed us our heart rates, it was very high which proves that I was trying very hard. I could improve by definitely working on my superheroes because I took up a lot of time doing them. |
