Athlete's Notes: | 1. I was much better than last time because I beat my previous score by 1 minutes 43 seconds, as my previous score was 7 minutes 23 seconds while my score this time was 5 minutes 40 seconds. 2. I think that I could have done better by running continuously without stopping so that I could shorten my time by the amount of seconds it took me to rest and walk. Also, I felt that I could have improved my push-ups by going a little bit lower. 3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to beat my previous score and improved my performance. Also, I felt that I did better on the jumping lunges, and although I think I could have run faster, I am content with my score. |
