Athlete's Notes: | 1. I think that I did better than last time because we did double the exercise and I got a time of 1 minutes less than double my previous time. 2. Next time I will improve my making my technique better and maybe running faster on the laps and having better form on the jumping lunges. 3. I was very happy with my performance because although I had double the work, I had less than double the time so I did much better than last time, which I am proud of. |
