Athlete's Notes: | 7.2 Was I better than last time? I don't know. My WOD sheet only goes up to 12, and 12 was on a PD day. I'll try and find the missing sheet. What can I do to be better next time? I think the main thing that slowed me down was the fact that I can't do double-unders. I could work on that. Am I happy with my performance? Yes. I was not lazy and I worked hard, not stopping just because I was tired. |
