Athlete's Notes: | I did better than last time because I was able do my workouts and exercises with a lot more professional technique and accurately. To improve, I would probably work more on my crunches, because those were the only exercises that I cheated a little bit in. I am very proud of my performance, I was dedicated and tried hard, I did my best! |
