Athlete's Notes: | I did better than last time because I did all the exercises with better technique and I didn't slack off or cheat in any of them. I feel very proud of my performance because I was able to persist throughout the whole workout and complete it without cheating. I think that I could improve by working a lot more on my push-ups because I had a lot of trouble doing them and I ended up wasting a lot of time doing push-ups. |
