Was I better than last time? I guess, but my speed gotten a bit slower so I wasn't able to do more than 6 rounds
What can I do to be better next time? Practice my agility more so I can get more speed when doing the workout.
Am I happy with my performance? Yeah, just need to be more faster at doing the workout.
