Yes i was because i got a very good time because i got 12 rounds, and that was like the best that i could do.
What can I do to be better next time?
i don't have a lot to imrpove next time maybe i could try to keep doing the burpees at the same quality as teh beginning because the more you get to the end the worse the technique gets for me.
Am I happy with my performance?
Yes i am because i got a good time
