Yes I was better than last time by 3 rounds. I feel completely exhausted right now and I found this workout as one of the hardest that I've ever done. I could improve by working on burpees because towards the end, I became very very slow at them. I will try to practice doing burpees when I have free time. I am very proud of my performance, 3 rounds is great improvement.
