Athlete's Notes: | 7-2 I performed great during this exercise! I feel very pumped up and in exercise mode. This workout wasn't that hard for me for some reason. I did a little bit better than last time, just by 3 minutes. Next time I plan on improving even more maybe finish it in 7 minutes. I must make sure that I do my 800m runs in a steady pace. |
