Athlete's Notes: | I am quite happy with my performance because I have tried my best and I was faster than many other people. I improved by almost 7 minutes which is very amazing and I am very proud. Next time to improve, I think I should run the 8 laps at a steady pace instead of sprinting for the first few laps, this way I will be able to maintain my pace which will make me faster |
