Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? i was less good compared to last time because i had some knee issues. this made it harder for me to do certain things. What can I do to be better next time? Next time i can try do the running faster because i did pretty slow this time. Am I happy with my performance? i am not very happy with my performance because i should've done better. |
