We haven't done this workout last time so I can't tell if i did better or not.

What can I do to be better next time?
I can try to not jog and run instead so I can save time.

Am I happy with my performance?
I am pretty happy with my performance because I tried my best and I didn't stop to rest. However, I wish I ran the whole time instead of walking/jogging sometimes.
