Athlete's Notes: | I did a little worse than last time, just by 10 seconds. I intend to improve my scores by trying to work more on my long distance running by running not at a super fast speed, but at a steady pace. I am quite happy with my performance, but next time I really hope that I can be better by at least 15 seconds |
