Athlete's Notes: I was better than last time because I feel more tired this time and my time is a lot faster, I also really focused on the exercise other than getting side tracked. Next time I can try and improve on my technique so I get better at it, then being able to go faster. I am quite happy with my results because I am more determined therefor I get better results.
