Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I don't know if I was better than last time because I haven't done this workout before. What can I do to be better next time? Something I can do better next time is to maybe be faster at the squats so I can get a better time but still use the right techniques when doing the squats. Am I happy with my performance? I am happy with my performance because I think I did my best. |
