I was better, because I was able to do one exercise for longer without getting a break, so I was able to it faster than before.

What can I do to be better next time?

I can try to do every exercise with better technique, like the squats. I didn't do perfectly with squats because my feet weren't always parallel

Am I happy with my performance?

I was pretty happy with my performance because I had better stamina than before
