Athlete's Notes: Yes, I was better than last time, last time I got 11 rounds for this work out and this time I got 12 rounds. Next time, even though I gave 100% effort, I think that I could give 110% because I will be able to have a rest. Unlike coming right from the 3 week holidays. Yes I am happy with my results, I am happy because I have had a long holiday and I still gave all the effort that I could.
