Athlete's Notes: | 7-5 1. Was I better than last time? Yes I was better than last time but only by 2 rounds. 2. What can I do better next time? I think that if I learn how to do everything properly and go at a good speed for me than I can get a better number of rounds. 3. Where you happy with your performance? Yes I was happy with my performance because I haven't done a work out like this in a while. |
