Athlete's Notes: | The Mini Murph was really difficult for me, becaseu I had to do 8 laps, and while i was running my legs was aching, and my lungs coulnd't get enough air. The push Ups were really difficult, and the squats too. THe 100 crunches were a bit easier because I was laying down, giving me rest. |
