5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.
Results: 110-120-130-140-150(f) lbs

Athlete's Notes: At home. PR at 140. Weight is the total of the two DBs. Got one PP at 150. Rested a little then finished the set with 150 (with another rest between the PPs and squats).
