5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.
Results: 100-110-120-130-140(f) lbs

Athlete's Notes: Weights posted are the total of two DBs. Failed on the first hang clean using 70lb DBs. Went back and finished the cleans, but failed again on the PPs.
