Athlete's Notes: | 225# With Jon at ASO gym. No rest between BP and PU. Rest times were relatively short between sets. Pull-ups 22-16-12-12-15. Bench was 12-8-8-7-7. Put hand guards on during 3rd round of pull-ups and they messed me up. Probably missed out on 4 additional PU’s. |
