Athlete's Notes: | At ASO Gym with Scott and Terry. Pull-ups were 20/10, KBs were unbroken, Thrusters were 13/8/9, not sure on the KB snatches, just got through them, HR pushups were 10/8/6/6, BJs we’re steady singles, wall balls were 17/13, and SDLHPs were sets of 5 and a lot harder than I anticipated. |
