Athlete's Notes: | Getting back into it, no knee pain. Damper setting 4 on C2. Time would have been better but I tried something on the rower and slipped off the seat. Also had to switch units mid-workout. Went hard on the row, started getting not fun towards the end. Squats were awful and broken, other exercises unbroken. Have an idea where my endurance is at, crossfit total tomorrow! |
