Athlete's Notes: | I misunderstood the WOD and left the gym on my second run after completing one round of the Metcon. Danny stopped me and I wasted about one minute. Came back in and finished my second round. Finished a 400 meter run on the 4th round with 45 seconds left. Not enough time to make the second 400. |
