Athlete's Notes: | First mile unbroken. 2nd mile had to walk a quarter of each 400m lap. Arms went pretty quickly. 5 rounds 10-20-30, remaining rounds 10-10-30. Had to break the push ups more than the JPUs and squats. Brutal. Performed w/ Jake Barlow. |
