Athlete's Notes: | Done as Cross Fit Games Teams, 6 on 6 with the recruits, pu's were games style,box j's same and burpees over a pvc pipe. 3rd member of our team so my time is approx. as I had to wait before I could start the next excercise. We lost but alot of fun to do as Teams. |
