Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Athlete's Notes: PR and this time I wore soft body armor. Did it at home or I would have worn the 20 lb vest. Bear crawls unbroken. Only had to do two sets of burpees each round.
