Athlete's Notes: | 175# body weight. Splits were 4:26 and 9:51(?). Probably a bad choice of workout after doing Nancy yesterday, as my legs immediately felt heavy on the first row. Was shooting for sub 15:00 so I am happy with this as my first attempt. Probably didn't need to, but broke up the deadlifts some. |
