For the handstand push-ups, the ears should dip below hand level. For the one-legged squats, alternate legs. |

Athlete's Notes: | Huge PR. L rope climbs were hard and legs were definitely drooping by the end. HSPUs on paralettes with ears dipping below my hands. Pistols with a 45lb bar held overhead, alternating legs. HSPUs were 4/1, 3/2, 3/2, 3/2, 3/2. Pistols were 10, 10, 7/3, 6/4, 10. Definitely some shaky form on the pistols. |
