For the handstand push-ups, the ears should dip below hand level. For the one-legged squats, alternate legs. |

Athlete's Notes: | HSPUs were on parallettes with the ears dipping below hand level. The pistols were done with a 45lb bar held overhead alternating legs. Form on the pistols was shaky and the depth on the HSPUs definitely made them more difficult. |
