Athlete's Notes: | It was supposed to be 5 x 200 Meter Sprints. However, it was more like 5 x 200 Meter shuffles. I did manage to do the first 4 sets of Push Ups unbroken and made it to # 6 on the 5th round. May not sound like much to you studs but I think I am getting better at the Push Ups. |
